Soluția pe scurt: Admite cererea de îndreptare eroare materială formulată de petenta SOCIETATEA ROMÂNĂ DE TELEVIZIUNE (SRTV). Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale din considerentele şi din dispozitivul din 03.12.2025 pronunţată de Judecătoria Sectorului 1 Bucureşti, în dosarul nr. 9010/299/2025, în sensul că se va citi „Dispune restituirea, către petenta a sumei totale de 15.543,99 lei, achitată în dosarul nr. 25753/299/2018 al Judecătoriei Sectorului 1 Bucuresti, după cum urmează: (...) 36. Pentru ordinul de plata nr. 9040/12.07.2019, se va restitui suma de 162,86 lei; (...) 77. Pentru ordinul de plata nr.9081/12.07.2019, se va restitui suma de 208,08 lei", în loc de „Dispune restituirea, către petenta a sumei totale de 15.471,53 lei, achitată în dosarul nr. 25753/299/2018 al Judecătoriei Sectorului 1 Bucuresti, după cum urmează: 36. Pentru ordinul de plata nr. 9040/12.07.2019, se va restitui suma de 90,48 lei.....77 Pentru ordinul de plata nr.9081/12.07.2019, se va restitui suma de 208 lei”, cum din eroare s-a men?ionat. Îndreptarea se va face în ambele exemplare ale Încheierii. Cu drept de apel în termen de 30 zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel urmând a fi depusă la Judecătoria Sectorului 1 Bucureşti . Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei astăzi, 04.02.2026.
